Tastings are walk-in and built to be easy. Here’s what to expect from start to finish — no pressure, no tour-guide speeches, no timer.
Walk In
Come by 35 San Marco Ave. during moonshine tasting hours, Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM. No reservation needed — just walk in and grab a spot at the tasting bar.
Choose a Flight
Start with our full flight of eight — or ask for just the corn-based, just the rum-based, or whatever you’re curious about.
Sip & Compare
Small sample pours, served neat. We’ll walk you through what makes each one uniquely Floridian — and suggest cocktail pairings as you go.
Take a Bottle Home
