Do I need a reservation?
No reservation needed. Moonshine tastings are walk-in during tasting hours, Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM. Just stop by the tasting bar when you arrive.
How much do tastings cost?
Tastings are 100% free. No reservation fee, no tasting fee, no pressure — just small sample pours of the moonshine flavors we make.
How long does a tasting take?
There’s no set timer. Most tastings are quick and easy, depending on how many flavors you want to try and how busy the tasting bar is. Come in, sip, compare, and enjoy at your own pace.
What flavors can I try?
You can taste every flavor we make, poured in small sample pours at the bar. Start with the full flight of eight, or ask for corn-based, rum-based, or whatever catches your eye.
Can I bring a group?
Yes. Groups are welcome during tasting hours. For larger groups or private events, please give us a ring ahead of time.
Do I have to take a tour?
No. This is not a formal tour or scripted presentation. Tastings are casual, friendly, and easy — no tour-guide speeches, no pressure, no timer.
Can I buy bottles after the tasting?
Yes. Every flavor is available for purchase in the shop. If you find a favorite, you can take a bottle home.

Come by Florida Moonshine at 35 San Marco Ave. in St. Augustine, Florida during moonshine tasting hours, Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM. The Blue Parrot may have additional extended hours beyond the moonshine tasting schedule.
