What to Expect

A Uniquely St. Augustine Afternoon.

 Our tasting room sits on 35 San Marco Ave, a five-minute walk from the Old City gates. Inside, you’ll find every moonshine we make — corn-based, rum-based, and the small-batch experiments we’re testing with locals before they ever see a shelf.
There’s no hard sell. There’s no ticket price. Just three flight-attendant-pharmacy-exec-distiller friends making sugar-shine and corn-shine in small batches, and pouring samples for anyone curious enough to walk in.
